Yes! Well then!
This time, it’s the first part of the review of the “Sousai Shojo Teien x BOOKOFF collaboration” from Sousai Shojo Teien!
From Kotobukiya’s beautiful girl plastic model series “Sousai Shojo Teien,” I would like to review three collaboration products between “Sousai Shojo Teien” and BOOKOFF: “BOOKOFF Glowing Sign,” “BOOKOFF Flag Set,” and “BIG Acrylic Stand,” plus the bonus items!
- Appearance Works: Sousai Shojo Teien

Here is the package.
In addition to the apron I reviewed last time, I also purchased the BOOKOFF glow-in-the-dark sign, the BOOKOFF flag set, and the BIG acrylic stand, so I would like to review these this time!
We would also like to introduce some bonus items that you can get for purchases totaling 2,000 yen or more!

First up is this After School “BOOKOFF glowing sign .” This item is made by Yamada Kagaku, a company well known for their 100 yen miniatures, and costs 380 yen including tax.
This is a miniature version of Book Off’s storefront sign, and you can make it light up with two LR44 button batteries (sold separately)!

In illuminated state.

The backing had part-time and temporary job advertisements printed on it, which could be cut out and used freely.

Next up is the After School “BOOKOFF Flag Set .” Like the signboard, this is a miniature item made by Yamada Kagaku, and the set of three flags costs 600 yen including tax.
The shape is the same as the miniature flags sold at Seria and other stores, and the paper flag part is fixed to the light blue pole part using the included white stickers.

The 100 yen store version costs 110 yen per set, while this set of three costs 600 yen, so at first glance it may seem like Book Off’s margin is not outrageous, but the things they sell at Book Off, such as used Gunpla models, are all priced in gamut, so there’s no problem.

Next up is the “BIG Acrylic Stand.” There are six different types in the lineup, featuring the first-year students Madoka and Ritsuka, and the second-year students Emma and Seira-nee, and they are priced at 1,925 yen including tax.
This time I chose second year student Rui Saotome!

The design was the same as the life-size panels displayed in certain stores, and if you purchased related items worth 4,000 yen, you also received an entry ticket for a campaign to win a panel.
That’s probably a good way to dispose of the panels.

The size is something like this.

This is a bonus clear bookmark that you can get for every 2,000 yen you spend on this collaboration product or plastic models related to Sousai Shojo Teien .
Like the acrylic stands, there are 6 types and they will be distributed randomly.
I got Madoka and Ritsuka!!

Additionally, if you purchase related products totaling 4,000 yen or more , you will also receive a bonus background sheet that recreates the entrance to this Book Off store .
The store in front of Reiho High School is open all year round!

The size is A3, so it’s much more compact than the B2 size background sheets that always get delivered to my home.

A calendar of working part-time at Book Off!
The background is a store entrance, so it looks like some kind of outdoor event sale!!

I’d love to combine it with the after-school items and calendar books that have been released so far!

Rui-nee’s acrylic stand is on display.
To be honest, the apron, sign, and flag alone didn’t reach 4000 yen, so I bought some acrylic stands instead 😇😇😇 (I confess)

Madoka, Ritsuka and the others.
On Twitter (formerly X) and other review sites, they even recreated the store’s cash register and bookshelf layout, which I thought was amazing!

Book Off has the reputation of being an incredibly shady business, with prices of used Gundam model kits being inflated to the limit and prices being revised at long intervals, but every once in a while you go there you can find some amazing bargains, so it’s great!
Well, rather than buying and selling at Book Off, I would rather use Surugaya or Furuhonichiba…
