Here is the package and attached seal.A sticker that reproduces the mono-eye, the inside of the duct in various places, the color coding of the shield, etc. is included. There were no accessories such as armaments, and the assembly instructions were in black and white with no description of the aircraft, just like the Premium Bandai limited kit.
This kit is sold at “GUNDAM SIDE-F ” in Mitsui Outlet Park LaLaport Fukuoka . I was terrified because the information was suddenly released about a week before the release date.
This is the finished [HGUC] “HOBBY HI-ZACK(A.O.Z RE.BOOT Ver.). The A.O.Z RE-BOOT version of the aircraft piloted by Gyunei and Quess that appeared in one scene of the movie “Mobile Suit Gundam Char’s Counterattack” has a proportion that is quite massive and close to the image. , It was a completely new model.
The kit uses polycap PC-001 for the neck, knees, and hip joints. It is a colorful aircraft with a tricolor of blue, red, and orange, which is highly visible, but the parts are divided into parts and color-coded quite finely, and the seals were used only in the ducts and shields. Fine parts such as the inside of the thruster and vernier need to be painted.
Side by side with the RX-78 Gundam and the Titans Hi-Zack that appeared in 2000. There are no parts that have been diverted from Hi-Zack, and all of them are new moldings, and as it is the latest kit in 2023, the movement and color coding are also daunting. The white part is a pure white molded color that is more transparent than the white of Gundam series, and it is as white as Big Boss’s teeth.
The head is an AOZ version, so the mono-eye slit is thin and the mono-eye is small. The power cable is color-coded with orange parts, and a small fin is molded on the back of the head. The duct part of the mouth was also opened.
The mono-eye and rail are color-coded with stickers, and the mono-eye can be moved by removing the head.
The base of the neck joint can be moved backwards, so the head can be raised slightly. For the neck joint, I used the same shape poly cap as the one used for the neck in other kits, but the structure was unique and the mono eye part was inserted.
The chest intake and the sensor on the left chest are color-coded with stickers for the torso. The inside of the torso is movable with a ball axis, so you can swing left and right and bend forward. The orange power cable, which is also used for the head and legs, was made of a softer plastic material with more shine than normal plastic.
The shoulder joint can be pulled out with a structure that simplifies the real grade. If you don’t have shoulder armor, you can raise your shoulders a lot.
The shoulder armor has a different design on the left and right, and each arm is connected to the ball shaft. The red-orange part on the right shoulder was color-coded with stickers, and the red ducts on the left and right were color-coded by dividing the parts. The ○ molds on the front and back are also divided into parts.
The elbow joint of the arm can be rolled. The hand parts are only the handles on the left and right, and since it is an AOZ aircraft, the fingertips need to be painted in red.
The armor on the wrist can swing outward a little.
The left and right thruster units of the backpack can rotate. The sensor in the center of the backpack comes with a seal, but the inside of the thruster and vernier needs to be painted.
The backpack connection is a two-axis type compatible with other kits.
The waist is also divided into blue and white parts and color-coded, and the rear ▽ part is color-coded with stickers. The hip joint can swing.
The legs are color-coded with stickers under the knees, calves, and yellow ducts on the sides of the legs. The duct on the side also serves as a shaft hole to connect the thruster unit, and it is pasted so as to cover the seal from above, but if you trace it with a cotton swab, it will suddenly penetrate and the seal will break, so be careful.
The blue armor on the ankles can swing.
No cutouts on soles. The toes are color-coded with red parts, and the gray part in the center is color-coded with stickers.
The power cable on the back of the knee can be retracted to match the movement, so the white armor below can also be moved, so the knee joint can be bent about 90 degrees.
The knee joint is a rectangular polycap connection, and the power cable connecting the thigh and the thruster is a ball shaft connection, so it was structured to be easily disassembled.
Attach the arm of Hobby Hizack to TR-6 Woundwort. I was able to connect with the joint that comes with Hazel etc. As for the legs, the knee joints are not cylindrical shaft pin types, so I attached Marasai legs instead.
