From “MOBILE SUIT GUNDAM ZZ”, the Neo Zeon MS “REGELGU”, which reproduces the distinctive body shape and armaments that inherit the lineage of Gelgoog with new modeling, has appeared in Gunpla HGUC, so I would like to review it!
The assembly manual comes with a monochrome one.

Here is the package and attached seal.The seal will reproduce the monoeye, cockpit hatch, backpack and beam rifle sensor.
Accessories include a dedicated beam rifle, beam rifle, beam lancer, right gun handle, and left open hand.
Since this kit uses the mass-produced Gelgoog/Gelgoog Cannon that is commercially available, the shoulders and arms are redundant. Gelgoog cannon runner was not included.
This is the finished 【HGUC】REGELGU .REGELGU is an abbreviation for Refined Gelgoog, which appears in the final stage of “Mobile Suit Gundam ZZ”. A Gelgoog developed by the Principality of Zeon at the end of the One Year War, and upgraded by Axis.
The head, limbs, etc. are reproduced with a wine red molding color. Mainly the shoulder binder, backpack, arm grenade launcher, etc. are newly sculpted.
The Gelgoog Cannon is equipped with Gelgoog’s armament, but compared side by side. The only difference is the antenna, shoulders, arms, and backpack, and it has almost the same design as the mass-produced Gelgoog.
【HGUC】GELGOOG/GELGOOG CANNON review
The head body is a reuse of Gelgoog, and the antenna is reproduced with new molding for Rigelg. The design is longer than the antenna of the Gelgoog commander plane.
The mono-eye is reproduced with a sticker, and the head can be disassembled and moved.
The whole torso is a diversion of Gelgoog. The color of the blue cockpit hatch that Judau forced open is reproduced with a sticker, but the hatch is a separate part so it is easy to paint.
Up the wing binders on the shoulders that are stretched to the side. Only the base parts are diverted from Gelgoog, and the others are reproduced with new modeling for Regelgu. The inside of the binder is shaped by mechanical molds and three large, medium, and small verniers. The inside of the vernier needs to be painted red.
Gelgoog is used for the arm from the shoulder to the elbow joint, but the forearm is a new model. It has a new arm grenade launcher. The hand parts are also from Gelgoog, and the fingertips other than the back of the hand need to be painted black.
The arm grenade launcher hatch can be opened and closed. Inside, a muzzle-like object rather than a warhead is molded with separate parts.
The backpack is also reproduced with new molding for REGELGU. The propellant tank has a movable ball axis. The upper sensor part is color-coded with a sticker, and the inside of the thruster needs to be painted red.
Two beam lancers are suspended at the bottom of the backpack.
The missile pod is also reproduced, and the hatch is openable. Missiles also need to be painted red.
The entire lower body is a diversion of Gelgoog. The hip joint is a ball axis type, and the stand hole is also a square type from a long time ago.
Three verniers are sculpted behind the skirt.
The side of the skirt is a ball shaft type, and it has a structure that does not interfere with the movement of the legs.
The legs are also diverted from Gelgoog. The hem part is designed to spread out, and the ◇ part of the knee is color-coded as a separate part.
The vernier is shaped without meat on the soles.
Equipped with a dedicated beam rifle.
Attack with a special beam rifle. It is a new armament for REGELGU with no particular gimmick, and the grenade launcher part was reproduced by integral molding.
Equipped with beam lancer. A weapon that is equipped in an unusual position on the bottom of the backpack. The beam effect came with a clear yellow one that was longer than the normal HG size.
Two Beam Lancers can be connected like MS of SEED series.
Attack with the arm grenade launcher! I like Zeta Gundam, and I like these internal weapons.
The beam rifle for the mass-produced Gelgoog is also included, so you can hold it in your hand and perform attack actions.
Confrontation with Judau’s Double Zeta Gundam. When Iria first appeared, she seemed like she could become Judau’s rival character!
